Damaged Goods/Missing Items

At Autoprolift, we work with trusted freight carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, if your order is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If there is visible damage, refuse delivery and notify us immediately so we can arrange for a return and replacement.

If the package appears slightly damaged, sign for it with the note “Package Damaged.”

All damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to allow us to file a claim with the freight carrier. Contact our customer support at support@autoprolift.com to report any issues.

If your item is damaged, we will arrange for the freight carrier to retrieve it and send a replacement at no charge. If you choose not to receive a replacement, the item can only be returned under our 60-Day Return Policy.

Refused deliveries that are not covered under our Damaged Goods Policy will be refunded minus the actual shipping costs to and from your location, along with a 3% restocking fee.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Autoprolift ships from multiple warehouses across the United States using different freight carriers depending on location. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

Freight deliveries require a scheduled appointment, and the delivery agent will contact you in advance.

Orders typically ship within 7-14 business days from the order date.

Shipping Locations & Restrictions

Autoprolift ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Customers in Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to additional shipping fees. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm rates.

Some remote locations, islands without bridge/ferry access, and hard-to-reach areas may have extended delivery times. Please reach out if you’re unsure about shipping availability in your area.
