Site Selection & Floor Requirements

• Lift Location: Ensure adequate space is available and check layout dimensions against floor plan requirements.
• Overhead Area: The area should be free from obstructions such as heaters, supports, and electrical lines.
• Floor Area: Inspect for cracked or defective concrete before installation. A level floor is recommended for proper lifting.
• Concrete Specifications: Must be reinforced 3,000 PSI concrete with minimum thickness based on the lift’s capacity.
• Installation Restrictions: Do not install on asphalt or surfaces other than concrete, and consult an architect for second/elevated floor installations.
