At AutoProLift.com, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
- You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return most items in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Exclusions: Certain products such as clearance, custom orders, or items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable. Please refer to the product description for details.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@autoprolift.com or +1 (214) 249-6376 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different size, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order.
- If the item is available in stock, we will arrange an exchange and provide instructions for returning the original item.
- Exchange items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

- We will provide you with a prepaid return label to return the damaged or incorrect item and will send a replacement or issue a full refund for the item at no additional cost to you.
Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee of 3% may apply to certain returned items. This will be communicated to you at the time of the return.
